In addition, he was a board member and bank director in various banks for a full 26 years during this time. Thereby he was able to acquire considerable expertise in internal banking processes and cooperation with financial authorities and legislators such as BaFin. A special field of expertise is the loan granting business for which he was a dedicated board member for a long time. He also has a very large network within the banking industry which can be useful for Paycer.
One of the banks Hermann worked for was Raiffeisenbank Oldenburg, but in addition to his work on the executive board, he founded other companies of his own. Such as his own travel company that was successfully operated for many years. He also founded a consulting firm for executives and a company for real estate sales. In the past years he studied cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology from a banking perspective. He is very much looking forward to further deepening this knowledge by working with Paycer.
